Recorded Classes

These classes are designed as a self healing practice to help you quickly release stress, trauma and trapped emotions.

  • Classes are 60 minutes.

  • Classes incorporate a mix of fascia maneuvers, intentions, affirmations and holistic nutrition.

How to get the most out of this work

  • It is HIGHLY recommend to do this work on a daily basis for min of 28 days for optimal results. The body has a stress habit cycle of 28 days which needs to be broken and re-programmed.

  • The first 3 maneuvers are the most important. The 15 Min Stress Reset routine will help you with this will you’ve memorized the maneuvers .

  • The more you do these classes, the better the results.

  • Set an intention before starting your practice. What needs to be released?

  • Listen to your body. Rest if you need to rest. It’s quite common to feel very tired after doing a class, especially if you’re new to this.

  • Take a headshot, full front and side profiles photos to help you see your transformation. Your body, especially face, will change.

  • Write down what you’re struggling with. Go back and visit your list every couple of weeks to see what’s changed. You’ll be amazed at how subtle and quietly your issues go away. It took me several months to realize how many issues had actually disappeared.

Post Session Support

  • Drink lots of water and take a shower or, even better, an epsom salt bath, or even a swim after doing a class to help cleanse and clear your body of this powerful energetic release.

  • Go for a 30 min walk to help your body integrate

Healing Anxiety

Struggling with anxiety, adrenal fatigue, chronic fight or flight, or even a fried nervous system? These are all byproducts of accumulated and unreleased stress, trauma and trapped emotions (anger, fear, resentment, grief, etc). This class will teach you how to release all that stress and help you see results within days.


Vagus Nerve

The vagus nerve is responsible for the regulation of internal organ functions, such as digestion, heart rate, and respiratory rate.This class covers simple fascia maneuvers to help you regulate your vagus nerve and bring your body and nervous system back into a state of calm.

Heart Opening

This class covers some simple physical and energetic heart opening maneuvers. Breast health issues? The breasts are gatekeepers of the heart and heart break (trapped emotions) can manifest into breast imbalances.

Great for increasing self-love, self worth and tuning back in your own heart and power.

 

Improving Digestion

Proper digestive function is at the root of health. Stress impairs proper digestive function and can lead to leaky gut, bloating, constipation, gas, cramping, poor nutrient absorption, auto-immune issues, skin issues, rosacea, eczema and so many more health issues.

This class covers simple fascia maneuvers to help release the stress from your digestive system, improve digestion as well as some nutritional tips and affirmations.

 

Increasing Lymphatic Flow +

Drainage

If you’re looking for an easy and simple way to help increase lymphatic flow and drainage, look no further. Dealing with cellulite, puffy skin, breast tenderness, congestion, or poor detoxification? A healthy lymphatic system is key to a strong and healthy body.

 

Facial Alignment + Lift

The stress we hold is our bodies shows up in our faces. Over time, as stress accumulates, our faces narrow and become more pinched, lymphatic flow starts to diminish, collagen production decreases, skin tone changes, things start to droop, etc. This are the effects of stress. Women’s Reproductive Health

At the root of reproductive issues is stress. If you’re dealing with acne, irregular menstrual cycles, cramping, menopause, hot flashes, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, breast imbalances and other hormonal imbalance, this class covers how to balance your hormones without increased supplementation.

 

Knees, Hips + Shoulders

Sore wrists, knees, ankles, tight hips, frozen shoulder? Our joints carry a lot of stress and are connected. Did you know your hips are connected to your shoulders? Discover some simple maneuvers to release restriction, stress and increase joint mobility. We’ll also be covering energetic principles and how certain emotions and tensions can get trapped in these areas.

I took Rachelle’s Fascial Maneuvers Class on a whim. Myself and my little family have been feeling about as much stress as anyone else in the world these days. Additionally, I am an events florist, which takes a real toll on the body. I wake up daily with severe pain in my hips and lower back. Moving into my forties, all the ways I’ve abused my body over the past years are really catching up with me.

That class today was great! My back pain went away and my jaw felt so much better. After about a half hour, everything went back to how it was. I expected that. Miracles don’t happen after one class and I know I also need to work on other things like posture. I can see this work making a huge difference over time.

I finally did the shoulders, hips and knees class yesterday! 🤪😆 It was fantastic!!!!
I had a major shift (meltdown) a few weeks ago and realized how much I need to work on my self love. I mean, I feel like I’ve been working on it for the past few years, but … oh, no!!!! 😅😂

I’m just poking my head in here because today I added the non-surgical facelift session from the app to the end of my regular routine and after one, five minute session I have zero jaw pain. None. All the stress and tension is totally gone and my face feels normal (I don’t have anyone else I can tell who will get it lol)
