• The mask is in powder form.

• Add spring or filtered water (never tap!)

• Use once or twice a week or however many times you feel called to use it. Let your intuition guide you.

• Let the mask dry before washing it off. Leave it on for a minimum of 20 minutes, if possible.

• Discontinue use if rashes occur
